Running out of options to get the air bag light on my Kia Sorento, my friend referred Tigard SVU. My teenage daughter was scheduled to take her drivers test that afternoon, when the air bag light came on. Knowing DMV I knew they would not allow her to take the test leading to a teenage melt down. I called and talked to Dan and he told me to bring it over. They ran some test replaced the battery and I was on my way and I didn't have to take out a loan to pay for it. Tigard SVU saved the day and were reasonably priced. I have since told this story to all my friends. PS I now have a licensed teenager ;0) Thanks Dan and Team

My wife's car broke down on driving to WA. I didn't know any shops in Portland, and I chose Tigard SUV because of its proximity to my home. I had the vehicle towed to the shop. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1 day! They kept me informed on the price and what needed to be done. They inspected the vehicle and recommended other maintenance that needed to be done. I didn't have it done at time, but I will definitely return to have it done in the future. I was very happy with the work they did and my experience. I have had work done at two different Toyota dealers that was very disappointing compared to Tigard SUV

This is the third or fourth time that I have taken my car to Tigard SUV and each time I am very happy with my service.

I was very happy with the service. Not only did they do the job well, quickly, and at a reasonable price, but they were kind and helpful as well.

Friendly professional service. Accomplished the job relatively quickly. Asked for Mobil One 100% Synthetic 10-30 motor oil which I received. However I was charged twice as much for the oil as I could have purchased it and the filter for at a local store. Mechanics were friendly and professional. Someone put a 3000 mile oil change sticker on the drivers side interior front window. The Mobil 100% Synthetic oil is supposed to go 15,000 miles between changes. Lastly Margaret mistakedly charged me for $279 instead of $160 that the total came to. She immediately gave me a credit for $118 which was good. However the next day I called my credit union and they showed the $279 charge but not the $118 credit. It seems that the credit takes 4-5 days to process tying up the additional $118 for a number of days. This means I can't use this $118 for a number of days; terribly inconvenient!
