I have been a regular customer of Tigard SUV for a number of years for oil changes and general maintenance and they have always been great. They went from great to amazing when on the day before Thanksgiving I stopped by the local Starbucks to grab a coffee on my way to work. When I got back into my car I found that it would no longer go in reverse! I called Tigard SUV frustrated, resolved that I would have to pay to have my car towed two blocks, miss a day of work and not have a car over an important holiday weekend. However, they told me a "trick" to get it in reverse, offered me a loaner car and it had it running by the end of the day. I couldn't believe it! As my aging car has had more than one mechanical problem in the last few months, I continue to be impressed with their customer service and efficiency.

Dan and his crew took extra time diagnosing the lack of power in a 2006 Jeep Liberty that a large car dealership twice had not been able to repair. Runs great now. Thanks!

I have never had a bad experience with Tigard SUV and Auto Repair. They always called and kept me informed on what needs to be done and time it will be done. I appreciate that very much. Service has always been courteous and timely.

I was impressed that they were able to get me in with such short notice (2 hours) and get me back on the road in 20 minutes. Twice now I've been here and the next time will be the third. : )

I have taken my vehicles to Tigard SUV for many years. This time the service was great as usual. They were very speedy, which was very helpful because I had my infant son with me. The price was also less then what was estimated.

I was very pleased and impressed with the service and experience I had at Tigard SUV. It was a pleasant surprise to find a repair shop so outgoing, so positive and so interested in solving the problem I was having with my Toyota 4-Runner. From my original telephone contact with them to walking out the door after having my vehicle repaired and completely checked out I was confident in the service. The people at the front desk were friendly, competent, straight forward and professional. I was invited back to the shop to see what the crew had found that needed repair. I was given the price for parts and service along with a complete explanation of what was needed and involved. There were no surprises or hidden costs. I was provided with a ride home while my SUV was worked on and a call when the job was finished. I will be back to Tigard SUV & Auto Repair the next time I need to have my Toyota repaired or tuned up. This shop is a gem and managed by honest people that believe in customer care.

As usual, the folks at Tigard SUV came through for me. My Jeep broke down and was towed to their shop: they diagnosed it quickly, and got me back on the road in a matter of hours.On time, and under the cost quote. After a few years of doing business with them, I consider them friends and frequently recommend them to others. First rate!
