TS&A are fabulous. Great customer service & quality work! Informative and helpful staff. Always get a loaner when asked for. Always come in under their estmates and I have had some expensive repairs done to my MINI so that is greatly appreciated! I highly recommend these folks!

I am continually impressed with the level of customer service I receive at Tigard SUV & Auto. Trish and Chris are always very helpful, informative and engaging. They always come in under the estimates I am given and I have had some expensive repairs done to my MINI. I have always been given a loaner when asked for. I highly recommend these folks! They're fabulous!

The staff at Tigard SUV are always professional and very knowledgeable. I feel they are always up front with me with no pressurized selling for un-necessary repairs. They communicate throughout the day as to the progress of my vehicle. I like supporting the individual business instead of going to a dealership.

Very happy with my service! Their follow through was great and I felt they were honest. A big bonus - they provided a loaner car for free! I would definitely go back again.

All staff were very accommodating and very easy to deal with. Explained in detail what needed to be done and helped me decide what was important at the time and what we could leave for another time.

I have had nothing but great service from Tigard SUV. Most recently I dropped my truck off after hours without an appointment hoping they might be able to check it out the following day or they day after that.They got right on it Monday morning an Ha estimates for me by the afternoon. They said they would try to do repairs Tues but it may be Wednesday. That was fine with me zinc I sent have appointment I was just happy to get it done this week. Chris called at 11:30am Tuesday to say it was ready for pickup. The price are reasonable and the work is solid.
