Im really pleased with Tigard SUV. The dealer recommended $1000 in maintenance and Tigard SUV found two of the items dont need to be addressed nor, and a third isnt quite ready. They saved me money and earned my trust. Im done with dealer maintenance! Really great service and so easy to work with.

Hands down the BEST Auto Service experience I've ever had!! I finally got something that I've asked so many other mechanics but not received. A full "once over" of my vehicle with a detailed report of everything an owner would want to know to take care of their vehicle. The results were presented in simple easy to understand, no "mechanic speak", and even included pictures of what good and bad looks like net to your fluid!! And it's just emailed to me and no pushy sales talk in the explanation.

This is really the best place for automotive repair. They truly care about the customer and repairing your automobile. They worked with me on getting my SUV into the shop and then quickly addressed the problem. They were able to get my 22 year old GMC to purr like it's supposed to. They treated me fairly and kept me up to date on the repair process. They did everything right.

They always get our car in really quick and fix it fast. Their prices are not inflated and are reasonable. Super quick turnaround and really nice folks. We've been going to them for years.

Took my 98 Grand Prix here with massive power steering fluid leak. It was in bad shape and needed everything replaced, the pump, and rack and pinion. The first replacement rack and pinion (rebuilt was only thing available) failed after a few months. They took care of it with a replacement under warranty. The second replacement rack and pinion unit failed after a longer number of months. They took care of me and found a better vendor of these hard to find parts and replaced everything to make it right!
