Dan, along with Rick and Chris at the front desk, always treats customers with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain repairs without pressure or unnecessary upselling. Their work is completed promptly, their prices are fair, and I have complete confidence that they are looking out for my best interests. As a widow, it means a great deal to have a repair shop I can trust. I never worry about being taken advantage of or being told I need work that isn't necessary. I so appreciate Tigard SUV for their professionalism, expertise and communication that put me at ease in a confusing and complicated situation with my Honda CRV. It was shaking and shuddering while accelerating around 50mph. They assessed the issue and proceeded to work on all the possible solutions which did take awhile but they settled on a multiple issue approach that totally solved it (yay) and also did a 31 point evaluation of our vehicle to maximize the repair and increase the life of our car.
