I really appreciate the work Tigard SUV does. They explain their approach before the repair. They follow up with phone calls during the repair and let me know when the car repair or service are completed something the dealerships need to learn how to do. I believe I am being treated fairly with repair costs. The location being close to home is also a big plus while the dealer is across town. This is truly service with a smile. A smile from the customer.

I needed a last minute Pre-Purchase inspection of a used vehicle I was looking at purchasing. They got me in and I found the report really thorough. The added benefit was getting some quick quote on the basic maint that was due on the vehicle. The photos of issues and tech notes were very helpful. I will likely be using them for these services as well. Great communication. They even called just as they started, because the tech noticed it had an e-torque system and knew I didn't want a hybrid and While this was not technically a hybrid, they wanted to be sure I knew and wanted to proceed before having to charge me the inspection fee.

They are professional from start to finish! Explaining their complimentary inspection and brake work needed in full detail! Pick up and drop off was a breeze! Very kind and work was finished well working the business day!
