The Tigard SUV shop has been my vehicle service choice for many years. As I read other reviews some folks complain of unnecessary and expensive work done at Tigard SUV. They only have that opinion because another mechanic in another shop told them that. As I see it, the other shop is critical in an effort to get future business. I get great service and quality work from all the staff here. I will go nowhere else and I suggest customers getting critical info from another shop consider the source.

If you are looking for a mechanic, I recommend you take your car to Tigard SUV and Auto Repair. I already had this shop bookmarked because I knew I was past due for some scheduled maintenance on my car. Of course I kept procrastinating and surprise surprise, my car wouldn't start a few days ago. Luckily I was at home when this happened. I called them first thing Monday morning and asked if I could have my car towed in. They said yes, but they couldn't get to it until the afternoon, which was understandable on a Monday with no appointment. They called me later that evening and told me what was wrong with my car, but that they would have my estimate by the next morning. I got a call early the next day with confirmation of what needed to be done along with the scheduled maintenance that was due. I said yes, please do it all because I was planning on it anyway. With the very long list of things to work on, they were able to get it all done by Wednesday evening. So in a little over 48 hours, they fixed my car and got me all up to date on my maintenance. The day before a holiday no less! The staff at this shop were kind and helpful. Not once was I treated like an idiot for letting my car get into the state it was in (even though I am). Thank you so much!

I used Tigard SUV for a pre-purchase inspection, they worked us in on short notice and did a thorough inspection They did exactly what they promised and the car was ready when they said it would be. The customer services was great.

I brought my 98 Dakota in for a check engine light on. They were able to pin point the problem and fix it promptly. They then went through the whole truck and were able to give me a heads up on what needed to be done. No high pressure sales, just giving me the facts on what needs looking at.I would highly recommend these guys. Am going back no doubt.
