You pay the going rate but you get accurate diagnostics, timely repair and a loaner car. They stand by their work which has not failed us.

I am very pleased with the service I received. They were able to fix my 2005 Explorer quickly and for a very reasonable price. I plan to return for all of my mechanical needs in the future.

I had a good experience with Tigard SUV. The only negative being when I showed up for my appointment, the employee behind the desk seemed confused to why I was there, I know with it being Friday afternoon they wanted to get out of there, but all I was trying to do was drop my car off for the weekend. After the weird welcome things went very smoothly. I received a call on Monday morning with the estimates, I let them know which services I wanted to go with, and never felt pressure to get more done than I was comfortable with. The prices seemed fair, and my car was done by Monday afternoon. All in all a pretty good experience.

The ease of doing with Tigard SUV was off the charts. I have typically taken our SUV to a dealership for work. I will likely be doing less of that and more of Tigard SUV. I also appreciate their support our local community activities - Little League, in particular.
