They were very patient, accommodating, timely, helpful and clear in explaining all the diagnostics and associated issues as what is needed to be done and what is routine and what is recommended. Very good workmanship and excellent customer service.

I hit a huge pothole on I-205 in January causing numerous types of damage to the right front wheel of my car. One repair shop estimated over 2 weeks to get parts in and complete the repairs. Tigard SUV was able to get my car in within 4 days and complete the repairs that day. While the cost was a little over the other shop, the amount was fair and they had me back on the road in a matter of days, not weeks! All of the staff is very nice and knowledgeable as well. I really liked that they could give me a tentative diagnosis and ballpark estimate over the phone. After checking out the car, their diagnosis and quote was pretty close to the phone estimate. Unfortunately, I've had to move, and Tigard SUV is too far away to have them maintain my car now. I highly recommend Tigard SUV for all your auto repair and maintenance needs!

So I’ve read some of the previous reviews saying that this place is racist and not to go. I rarely do reviews but let me say as a person of ethnic descent that is so grossly untrue. My husband who is Mexican and myself Vietnamese decided to go here and try them out. I am so pleased to say that everyone we encountered was so pleasant and polite even though I kept calling asking questions. Also the gentleman named Chris was so patient explaining everything. Not only were my repairs done but they also let me know what they recommended for future maintenance and helped me prioritize what was most important for keeping my car in great condition. He also let me know what things I didn’t necessarily need right away, and when I inquired about additional work for my window seals, he recommended somewhere cheaper explaining that he could do it, but that that cost would be more because that wasn’t their specialty. They could’ve just taken my money and charged me more, but they didn’t which shows that they are honest and hard-working. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for any vehicle issues and I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. If I could I’d give them 10 stars!!!

We had issues with our car during our recent vacation. They got us in right away-despite their busy day. They communicated well with us throughout the diagnostic & repair processes and answered all our questions. They were kind, clear, & efficient. They had us back on the road within hours. So grateful!
