I have taken my 2010 Matrix here for servicing every year. They explain what needs to be done and always give me the total price so there are no surprises!

We brought the newly purchased used car in for repair when it failed the DEQ inspection. The team carefully reviewed with us the mechanical problems that led to the failure. The team was very focused on fixing only those problem issues. There were other critical safety issues that were found and the team separated out what needed immediate attention and what could be delayed for future repair. The object was to keep the repair cost down to only what was need now. That saved us a lot of money and allowed us to budget for the remainder of the repairs. We will definitely take our vehicle to Tigard SUV and Auto Repair again.

They did a great job and were very quick getting my 21 year old GMC back on the road.

Took car in for a manufacturer's recommended inspection plus requested a price for small repair. Got me in the next day, were very thorough with the inspection and got back to me with a couple things they suggested taking care of. I agreed and it was all done that same day. Very good communication in regard to the "why's" of what should be done. Very reasonably priced as well!

They did everything they said they would do..saved ne some money on brakes, didn't need complete brake job. Also found a faulty radiator which I suspected was failing. Recommend i replace it, which they did. Final invoice was a couple hundred dollars less than estimated..I think these guys are fair and honest.
