I needed a last minute Pre-Purchase inspection of a used vehicle I was looking at purchasing. They got me in and I found the report really thorough. The added benefit was getting some quick quote on the basic maint that was due on the vehicle. The photos of issues and tech notes were very helpful. I will likely be using them for these services as well. Great communication. They even called just as they started, because the tech noticed it had an e-torque system and knew I didn't want a hybrid and While this was not technically a hybrid, they wanted to be sure I knew and wanted to proceed before having to charge me the inspection fee.
