Quick, easy and informative. I dropped my car off not necessarily knowing what all I needed done, just knew it was due for maintenance. This was my first experience with Tigard SUV, I had been taking my car to the dealership for service. They called me to go into full detail about what needed work and, more importantly, WHY it was important to do things now, soon or later on. Very friendly people, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’ll be taking my car to Tigard suv from now on.

They answered all of my questions and did not try to oversell anything to me.
