I am glad to have found this shop near my home. Professional, courteous, and very customer-service oriented. Shuttle and loaner car service, too. Their estimates were clearly explained, the costs were reasonable and the work was done promptly. The car is happy and so am I. I would not hesitate to recommend Tigard SUV & Auto Repair--in fact, I already have!

I was pleased to set up my appointment online. I got an email alert that same day, a Sunday, and a call on Monday to confirm. I dropped off my SUV before they opened. I received a call mid morning to tell me what repairs were needed. They charges were reasonable and the work was done to my satisfaction. I will be going back for any future work on my vehicle. I also like that this business supports the local youth and high school athletic programs.

I had a great experience both this visit and my last. In the last visit the shop found and issue the dealer had been unable to diagnos for over a year. It happened that the issue was covered by warranty and we were able to get it repaired by Hyundai. This saved us significant money and frustration. Most recently there was rock stuck in our breaks. Sounded horrible, but the shop again quickly deatl this issue.

I have been trusting Tigard SUV and Auto Repair to maintain my Toyota 4-Runner for several years. Yesterday they changed the oil and flushed the cooling system. The work was done well, promptly and at a price below what the Toyota dealership would charge. I have always been happy with my treatment at Tigard SUV. They are honest, up front and friendly. I will be back to them for my next service.
