I was so appreciative of how they walked me through all the repairs needed and helped me prioritize what should be done first so that I could keep within my budget. There was no pressure to do more than I could afford at the moment, and this was such a relief. My truck was done within a day, although they assured me they would help with a loaner if it needed to be longer. Took my 98 Grand Prix here with massive power steering fluid leak. It was in bad shape and needed everything replaced, the pump, and rack and pinion. The first replacement rack and pinion (rebuilt was only thing available) failed after a few months. They took care of it with a replacement under warranty. The second replacement rack and pinion unit failed after a longer number of months. They took care of me and found a better vendor of these hard to find parts and replaced everything to make it right!
