I had an issue with my GMC Acadia and the dealer wanted far too much money to fix it. Tigard SUV got in quickly, assessed the situation, gave me a detailed full car analysis and repaired the car quickly (despite a snow storm). There was no high pressure sales to repair things that didn't need to be repaired, and the final bill was just under the estimate. I will use them in the future for all my repairs.

Dependable and meticulous! Wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. I regret taking my vehicle to anyone else. I t has only cost me more in money and repairs and with poor results and trust. This was my first visit to Tigard SUV and Auto Repair and I was amazed by the level of customer service, the patience of the service team, the helpful advice and the amount of insight they provided. Usually I'm not entirely sure what I'm paying to have done to my car, even if a service advisor swears it's important, but Chris was wonderful and took the time to explain the issue, how it would be resolved, and how it affected by engine as a whole. The emailed inspection report provided an incredible amount of insight into my car that I've never been given before, along with notes and pictures. They even provided suggestions for future service needed and gave me advice on how to make the most out of the extended warranty I purchased along with my used car. I will definitely be coming back here and likely recommending this team to local friends and family when they need auto work done.
