Always the best service!!

We have an older SUV with over 100,000 miles. Thanks to the excellent service we've consistently received it is still going strong. Each time we've brought the car in for repairs we've received a clear detailed explanation of what needs to be done along with a fair estimate of the cost. At our most recent visit the shipping cost for the needed part was even considered in order to keep our cost down. The staff are very knowledgeable, consistently take time to answer all questions and work hard to complete the work in a timely manner. For these reasons we have been coming to Tigard SUV exclusively for years and strongly recommend their services.

Unexpectedly, I had to bring in a damaged vehicle straight off the street with an emergency need for help. This team was excellent start to finish. I didn’t have an appointment yet they still found time to analyze, inform me, order parts, email quotes/receipts, do the work, and put up with my crazy questions! These magicians turned a nightmare into a new belief that talented, customer service care still exists in humanity. Too bad there are only 5 stars.. I”d vote 50!
