Fast, professional & very informative!

Very friendly and great job

First time I have tried Tigard SUV. I was very satisfied with the work and the people who worked there. I intend to make them my go to place for repairs to my Jeep.

This was my 1st trip to an Auto Repair shop in 49 years of driving. My dealings crossed paths with 3 different representatives and all 3 were friendly and informative. The 35 point inspection report was very well explained to me and categorized as its importance. There was no pressure to upsell me on any of the items thought we discussed the importance of each in detail. My repairs were made in a timely manner and I was kept abreast of the process by phone. They were also kind enough to stay open a few more minutes as they waited for me to trudge thru the gridlock to get there for pick up.

Felt like they were very honest about what my vehicle needed and the things that could wait. Overall good experience will return if I need further work

On Tuesday 8/14/18 I took my car to a tire dealer for a tire rotation. Two of the lug nuts were seized, and the lugs broke off. The tire dealer tried but couldn't fix it. I called Tigard SUV to see if I could have the car towed there. They said sure, but they were booked a week out on work. I told them this was putting me in a real jam because it was my only car, and my dog was scheduled for surgery on Thursday morning. They said they would do everything they could to squeeze it in for me on Wednesday. Long story short, the owner worked on the car for me in order to get it done on Wednesday, and also changed the ATF fluid, which it really needed. All at a fair price. I couldn't be happier, and wholeheartedly recommend Tigard SUV. It's the only place I'll ever go for service.
