They have charged me Exorbitant amounts. Never going back.
Your vehicle had multiple issues that were addressed in your last service. nearly half of your repair bill was for a battery and cable end replacement that had to be repaired before an accurate check engine light diagnosis could be made. The other half of your bill was for a fuel injection cleaning service and an induction cleaning service that were both done to help you hopefully avoid having to replace a catalytic converter your vehicle had a code for. The other code was for an oxygen sensor that we did not replace because we wanted to replace all the oxygen sensors along with the catalytic converter IF, it ended up having to be replaced. The car was taken to another shop before it had enough time to complete the relearn and drive cycle after the repairs were made at our facility. No call was made to discuss the situation before the vehicle went to another facility. We are sorry the repairs cost what they did. Unfortunately, some cars are more costly than others to operate and maintain.
