Amazing! I've referred 5 others to Tigard SUV!

Once again..Norma and Dan have gone out of their way to take care of us !! My low tire pressure light came on and had a strange noise from the from end. We live on a big hill so going into winter I wanted it checked out. Not only did they give us a FREE loaner car.. we had our car back same day !! Turns out we had a bad valve stem and needed brakes. Very professional , trustworthy service. I have been bringing my car here for several years and have been happy with service every time.

When I called I got in for an appointment the next day. I thought for sure that the clutch was gone on my 4Runner and would have to be replaced. They called a few hours after I dropped my car off and said that they had looked at the clutch hydraulics and it just needed to be lubricated. As a single mom with NO knowledge of vehicle repair, I was extremely impressed that they did not try to install a new clutch when I didn't need one! They earned my trust from the start. Other perks: very friendly staff and free use of a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to miss work (just had to replace the gas I used)! I'll definitely be back when the need arises.

As always, I am delighted to have Dan, Norma and the crew at Tigard S.U.V & Auto Repair so close to where I live.I will not take any vehicle I own anywhere else (after the factory warranty expires), because I know I am dealing with the most honest and professional shop around.I recently heard a strange noise coming from our eight year old Toyota Highlander. I took it to Tigard S.U.V., and although it was an expensive lesson ($206.), they pinpointed a very accurate cause of the problem which would have necessitated at the very least, a replacement engine (Around $6,000). I was given several apologies from the team and told the truth. This enabled me to be honest with Gladstone Toyota and we actually got close to $5,000. on a trade in on a new car. I can tell you again, I will always take my vehicles to these terrific people who diagnosed my problem and gave me ample time to make the deal for a new car without having a serious problem occurring when I was somewhere out on the road.

I felt like the "red carpet" was rolled out for me. They did a superb job diagnosing the squeaky front suspension on our 1999 Ford Explorer.I will use Tigard SUV again and recommend them to my friends.

Service is exactly what you receive. Friendly, helpful, explanations are clear and concise regarding what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Definitely will return for any auto work and will highly recommend to anyone with auto issues. Great referral from Les Schwab.

Very nice people. My car broke down on the way to Salem to get my dad in for testing. I stopped in at Tigard SUV & Auto Repair. The gave me a loner car while they checked my car out.
