I'm the guy with the white 2019 Denali Sierra that ate it's 6.2L back in February after a timing chain jump. Chris at Tigard SUV did a great job navigating the nightmarish back and forth scenario that was created with my warranty, ACS. ACS itself was fine, but the hoops and hurdles necessary with the kind of failures that occurred were rough. t may have taken a little longer (2 months), but the team showed their experience making sure all the T's were crossed, I's dotted, and any other likely warranty negating finger pointing didn't land me with an extra item on the final bill. The workmanship stands for itself as well with the technicians who did an amazing job replacing most of the top end. Whomever they relied on for head machining also deserve credit. In 2 months since getting it back I've tacked a few hard miles hauling my RV through the NW without any issue whatsoever. To the whole team, thank you for an excellent job!
