The good folks at Tigard SUV are honest and knowledgeable. They did an overall inspection and called me as well as emailed a diagnostic report on my car which also contained a picture of a specific area that needed to be addressed. We discussed the most critical issues and they gave me a quote to do just those things. When I spoke to my husband about the repair cost for each item it was what he expected and that is what I was charged. They communicated with me about the status keeping me well informed. The front desk guys were clean, respectful and worked with my crazy work schedule. Five stars for Tigard SUV Auto Repair. I will be taking my cat back for some additional work needed on my car andI would highly recommend them.

Very nice place. Organized. The email you get after with your courtesy vehicle check Even had pictures added and showed all oil levels and colors of each, steering fluid, transmission fluid ect. Even though they quoted me the wrong price, they called before hand to do any work and apologized more than once for that inconvenience and were very straightforward. But most of all i felt they were truthful. With my little knowedge of my vehicle i knew they were not jipping me. I will come back even if their prices are alittle high.

I was a first time customer. I loved the fast and friendly service. The detail they send you, in a report, is very easy to follow and understand. Prices are fair. I will definitely be back and feel very confident recommending them to friends and family!

I have been bringing my super fussy PT Cruiser in for over a year now and I couldn't be happier! Each time I need something done I am given valid reasons, pictures and all of my questions answered. When asked about price, my son-in-law is a master mechanic and he has told me that I've found myself a really good place to go and that I can trust their prices and their word. For someone like myself that prides themselves on their word, this means a great deal. Could not recommend high enough!!

Having relocated here from the San Francisco Bay Area last year, I needed to find a reliable and honest repair shop for my 2002 Honda Civic. I took a chance on Tigard SUV and Auto Repair. They are very personable and honestly care about me and my car. I have had 3 services done with them and have been very pleased with the people in their front office - Chris and Dan, and the repairs and maintenance done. They are both very knowledgeable and are always ready to help me. As a single older woman, I needed to find a place that I felt comfortable with and that wouldn't rip me off. I believe I have found that place.
