On Tuesday 8/14/18 I took my car to a tire dealer for a tire rotation. Two of the lug nuts were seized, and the lugs broke off. The tire dealer tried but couldn't fix it. I called Tigard SUV to see if I could have the car towed there. They said sure, but they were booked a week out on work. I told them this was putting me in a real jam because it was my only car, and my dog was scheduled for surgery on Thursday morning. They said they would do everything they could to squeeze it in for me on Wednesday. Long story short, the owner worked on the car for me in order to get it done on Wednesday, and also changed the ATF fluid, which it really needed. All at a fair price. I couldn't be happier, and wholeheartedly recommend Tigard SUV. It's the only place I'll ever go for service.

I was supposed to be entertaining a guest the end of last week when my car started making a terrible grinding noise. Worried about the car and my plans to take my guest to the coast that next day, I brought the car to Tigard SUV right away the next morning. I didn't have an appointment, but as soon as I explained the situation, the folks at the front desk assured me that they could get the car looked at and even said they would try to hurry due to my plans. I was called with a "diagnosis" and game plan by mid morning, and by 12:15pm they called and said they were done with the repairs, and hoped I could still make it out to the coast! I was so impressed with their professionalism as well as their concern for me and my life. This has been a consistent experience with this company for years now. I would definitely recommend them for their customer service, their willingness to explain the repairs and costs thoroughly, their professionalism, as well as their willingness to fit in emergencies (it may not have been a full on emergency to anyone else, but it was to me!)

The good folks at Tigard SUV are honest and knowledgeable. They did an overall inspection and called me as well as emailed a diagnostic report on my car which also contained a picture of a specific area that needed to be addressed. We discussed the most critical issues and they gave me a quote to do just those things. When I spoke to my husband about the repair cost for each item it was what he expected and that is what I was charged. They communicated with me about the status keeping me well informed. The front desk guys were clean, respectful and worked with my crazy work schedule. Five stars for Tigard SUV Auto Repair. I will be taking my cat back for some additional work needed on my car andI would highly recommend them.
