I took my SUV here for the first time as my 'Check Engine' light went on as well as my 'TCL Off Light.' Not having had an appointment, I was lucky to have gotten my car to the shop without having to be towed and they took care of it as soon as they could get to it. I felt this shop took the time to correctly diagnose the problem, all while trying to save time, money and extra work. I appreciated their honesty and explanation of things. Also had some much needed maintenance on the car while they had it in the shop. Now I feel my cars runs better than ever. I will definitely be back for other scheduled maintenance on the car! One things I wish I had known - they do provide you with a loaner car if/when needed. I did not find out about this until after the fact, but that is definitely a nice service they also provide! Very friendly and informative staff!!!

Excellent service. They do their inspection and tell you what's on the horizon but are fair and honest in not trying to up-sell for things you don't really need at the moment.

I have been a customer of Tigard SUV for many years (10+ years). They have done small jobs as well as large ones, including transmission replacement. I have had nothing but great service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to maintain or repair their car.
