Courteous, experienced, willing to listen and willing to back off recommended repairs for an old war wagon. Disappointed that I had to pay for a new belt after replacing the alternator. Understood the explanation but seemed the belt could have been comped since there was nothing wrong with the belt to begin with.

Dan and crew do meticulas work. I had several maintenance items done. All were completed right on schedule and exactly as quoted. What's so fantastic is that they work with you on what should be done and what doesn't need to be done at the time.

I appreciate the reminders sent by Tigard SUV. It's easy to forget maintenence that is required after 40,000 or 50,000 miles.
