Having any work done by Tigard SUV is always a good experience.

Came in for a diagnosis of the problems I was hearing with my truck. They provided details I wasn't expecting and a fair estimate. Overall I thought they were great. They also provided me with a vehicle at no charge which helped out greatly.

I can honestly say that I have never experienced a repair shop quite like Tigard SUV. In my first visit to them many years ago they were professional, courteous, friendly and very effecient. What I like most is they look beyond the immediate issue & explain the repairs that were done. From the front office staff to the guys in the shop Tigard SUV is top notch for all the above reasons. Great service and on time. They even fixed a small problem in the trunk for free. I just took half a star off because the loaner car could have been a bit more cleaner, but not a big deal.

The servicing isn't the cheapest, but they are the most honest and take the intended usage into account. My Durango is over 13 years old with 130K on it. Its not a daily driver, so I can tolerate a little oil leak. But, I do need it to be reliable if I decide to to hunting or shooting in the woods. On the other hand, the Honda is my daily driver and needs to be very reliable. At almost 250K, its still going strong with no signs of giving up. At my age, I'd rather have somebody else do my servicing. I trust them to recommend to me what I need and about when I would need it.
