This is my second experience at Tigard SUV and, again, was an all around good experience. Margaret and the crew are so friendly and you can tell they truly want you to be happy as a customer when you leave. I will return and always recommend to friends.

I did a quick online search for car repair in my area when I needed some work done. Tigard SUV had the most, and the most positive reviews. Those positive reviews are spot-on. They are honest, and do great work at a fair price. I now take both of our cars there for all service needs.

I don't think it is fair to ask for a five star rating for an auto repair shop because nobody ever really wants to have to go there. Auto repairs are a necessity and I have to give five stars to Tigard SUV for doing as good a job as I have ever seen. They have always dealt with us fairly, given us all the information we needed and let us make the decision on how we want to procede. These days whe a lot of us are trying to squeeze every mile we can out of our vehicles, Tigard SUV is the place to go for honest expert service. Thank you Dan and Margaret and all the crew.

I believe they gave me a lowball price on timing belt - $710 and there may be some more once we get in there - after talking to other shops I talked to them again and they gave me the worst case of $960, which Oh My Gosh, was what it turned out to be. Also said rear brakes needed to be replaced - took them off and in excess of 1/8" on all pads. Other than that, friendly, got me right in and out and presume they did a good job. Survey ask how I would rate the quality of thed work - don't know; how would i rate cleanliness of shop - didn't see it. Would I refer a friend - probably (only options were Yes/No.

This is the auto care shop that I only dreamed existed. The group is honest and reasonable about auto repair, and works with the client to achieve the best results.
