Not having had the best of luck with vehicles in the past, and just having purchased a used SUV because my previous car had an issue overheating (blown head gasket), I fully expected to end up paying an arm and a leg for repairs on my newly acquired vehicle. It was quite the opposite. While there were secondary issues with the cooling system that both Dan and Margaret identified, they fixed the immediate issues. I inquired about replacing the radiator, which they could've jumped at. Instead they suggested that may be the least of my problems down the road and recommended otherwise. In my experience, any other shop would've jumped at the opportunity to lighten my wallet. I'm hoping the issues they foresaw don't materialize for quite sometime but regardless, I'm thankful that I chose Tigard SUV.
