I have used Tigard SUV several times now and have been very happy with the service. I never feel like I'm being gauged or they are pushing unnecessary services on me. The use of car while I leave mine with them is a huge bonus and allows me to make appointments without involving someone else for rides.

I have been a regular customer of Tigard SUV for a number of years for oil changes and general maintenance and they have always been great. They went from great to amazing when on the day before Thanksgiving I stopped by the local Starbucks to grab a coffee on my way to work. When I got back into my car I found that it would no longer go in reverse! I called Tigard SUV frustrated, resolved that I would have to pay to have my car towed two blocks, miss a day of work and not have a car over an important holiday weekend. However, they told me a "trick" to get it in reverse, offered me a loaner car and it had it running by the end of the day. I couldn't believe it! As my aging car has had more than one mechanical problem in the last few months, I continue to be impressed with their customer service and efficiency.

Dan and his crew took extra time diagnosing the lack of power in a 2006 Jeep Liberty that a large car dealership twice had not been able to repair. Runs great now. Thanks!
