We had new brakes installed in our Grand Prix at a reasonable price. They even replaced our wiper blades for us at the same price I buy replacement blades at Freddies. Dan Childress and his staff are thorough and honest. They service all three of our vehicles - two sedans and one SUV.

Great service as usual. I appreciate the way that Margaret and Dan advise me what needs to be taken care of immediately, what can wait and what the cost will be.

Had an appointment for first thing in the morning. They brought my car back right away. Dan was very friendly and courteous. He showed me the damaged part, and explained the necessary repairs. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. While the price was a little higher than I had anticipated (I always underestimate the cost of auto repairs) it wasn't nearly as expensive as Beaverton Nissan, which is where I used to go for service. I had hoped the service wasn't going to take as long as it ended up taking (just over an hour) hence I deducted a half-star in my rating. During the checkout process, Dan pointed out some recommended repairs and their corresponding charges, but did not pressure me (or guilt me) into agreeing to them. While there was a couple charges which I felt were quite superficial and way overpriced (headlight refinishing for $130?) I should mention again that there was never any pressure to perform any service and I am very comfortable with recommending them to anyone who wants a quality automotive service station who will make sure their car not only looks, but also runs great.

I have an old...OLD GMC suburban, and they knew what to look for, and what to recommend for my maintenance going forward!

My 92 F150 had been having poor operating conditions from time to time and though I am mechanically inclined and have done most all work to the vehicle through its history, I was not able to pin point the issue. Tigard SUV was quickly able to locate the source of the problem and inexpensively fix it within a day. There courtesy 25 point inspection had also located a couple of issues that I was unaware of. I would certainly recommend them to anyone else that needs quality service performed on their vehicle.

As always, a very pleasant experience. I took my wifes car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Less than an hour was needed. In fact they did not charge me for the rotation as it was not neeeded. Also they let me know of a few minor issues that I can actually address myself. Thanks to you all and we will continue to be loyal customers. The Land Rover is next!

Excellent workmanship as always when it comes to keeping the old diesel dog running. Dan and the super mechanics always have the parts or can get the parts within that day. I don't believe I've had my rig over-night in all the times it has been in for service and repair. Highly recommended. 5 stars
