They talked me through each step of their process in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle, and asked my permission before moving forward with anything I had not already requested (which I greatly appreciated). I cannot recommend Tigard SUV Auto Repair enough, and I will definitely be coming to them with all of my auto repair needs.

They were great! They were able to get the part I needed and fixed the vehicle in 2 days. They also let me know what else they thought I should get checked without being pushy.

I had a couple of issues with my 2011 G M C 4x4 truck. Chris and the mechanics there fixed the problems on my truck in way less time than I had anticipated and it runs and drives like new. Great atmosphere. Rick and Chris are amazing. I live quite a busy life and I am always on the road so when the check engine light came on, it felt like my life flashed before my eyes. It was in the late afternoon, and the probability of getting a rental car was slim and the thumping noises the car made was quite scary, but Rick, the saint that he is, was able to get me a car that I could use in the meantime. Chris was able to walk me through what needed to be done on the car. He provided estimates of how much it would costs, how long it would take and wasn’t pushy about anything. As far as pricing goes, I would like to say that it’s fair. I wasn’t surprised by total, it was as I expected. The mechanics did a great job. Car is running smooth. Thank you all again. I appreciate all you have done for me!

Hands down, this is THE BEST auto repair shop I have ever worked with!! I'm 63 and have had experience with many automotive repair shops in my life, and the folks at Tigard SUV far, far exceeded my expectations. First, they were very courteous when I initially called them ( Chris / Rick ). Second, they accurately diagnosed the exact (subtle) problem my 2007 GMC Sierra Duramax 4x4 was having. And finally, knowing my wife and I had a vacation planned in a few days, they actually went to pick-up the part themselves, as soon as it arrived at the shipping company dock, rather than wait for it to be delivered. I can't say enough good things about this shop, and I absolutely will bring any of my vehicles to them for service in the future!! I'm one very satisfied customer!

My Hyndai Veracruz broke down without warning on the highway and I had it towed here, as it was the closest to my house. When I called in to make sure they could take my car, Chris told me exactly how much the inspection would be and was very transparent about everything. They were able to identify the problem first thing the next morning and ultimately had the car back to me within 24hrs before the weekend. Ended up being a broke wheel sensor. I felt in good hands with my car here!

I took my '95 Jeep Wrangler in for a failed oil pressure gauge. Chris and the team diagnosed a list of items that needed attention that I knew were coming due but no one at the Jeep dealer ever told me about. I took care of what needed to be done and I feel so confident that my little Jeep is now taken care of and is running the way it needs to be! I feel much safer out on the road. Chris even gave me tips on how to use the battery drip charger when needed. Super service and will be taking my Jeep here from now on. Oh, and providing a loaner car was crucial. Must have.
