My Hyndai Veracruz broke down without warning on the highway and I had it towed here, as it was the closest to my house. When I called in to make sure they could take my car, Chris told me exactly how much the inspection would be and was very transparent about everything. They were able to identify the problem first thing the next morning and ultimately had the car back to me within 24hrs before the weekend. Ended up being a broke wheel sensor. I felt in good hands with my car here!

I took my '95 Jeep Wrangler in for a failed oil pressure gauge. Chris and the team diagnosed a list of items that needed attention that I knew were coming due but no one at the Jeep dealer ever told me about. I took care of what needed to be done and I feel so confident that my little Jeep is now taken care of and is running the way it needs to be! I feel much safer out on the road. Chris even gave me tips on how to use the battery drip charger when needed. Super service and will be taking my Jeep here from now on. Oh, and providing a loaner car was crucial. Must have.

I have been going to Tigard SUV for many years now. They have always been extremely helpful, honest and keeping me up to date on any repairs or issues that I have needed on my car. If I have any questions or do not understand the problem, they are always patient in explaining. They always recommend certain work that needs to be done and why and also if I can wait on a repair... This is all so helpful since I do not understand the car engine and how it works. I have always had loaners when I needed one and that it is a big plus. Great place and great staff....
