Quick, easy and informative. I dropped my car off not necessarily knowing what all I needed done, just knew it was due for maintenance. This was my first experience with Tigard SUV, I had been taking my car to the dealership for service. They called me to go into full detail about what needed work and, more importantly, WHY it was important to do things now, soon or later on. Very friendly people, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’ll be taking my car to Tigard suv from now on.

I’m very picky with who touches my Jeep and this place is now my Go to place for repairs of any kind. They make sure to replace with upgraded quality parts when necessary. I was also surprised at their speed as the Jeep was done same day. Their professional staff are understanding and very knowledgeable. Their inspection report is fantastic as well. Really helps to get ahead of major repairs or things that may need servicing in near future that I had no idea about. thanks again Guys!!!

Tigard SUV is hands down the best auto place I have ever taken my car into for repairs! They honest and trustworthy people and super friendly to work with. They answered all of my questions and did not try to oversell anything to me. I appreciate their honesty being a woman and not knowing all the stuff about cars and how easy it is to be taken advantage of when it comes to repairs. They were helpful with getting me a great loaner car (free of charge :) which was perfect for me). I will be taking my car back again to have any future work done as they have earned my trust.
