We recently had an urgent need for a quick repair on our '03 truck. Tigard SUV took our vehicle without an appt. and did exactly what they said they would do for the price quoted. We had it back on the road in just over 3 hours. We've been going to Tigard SUV for years. They're mechanics do great work, but it's their overall service that brings us back time and again.

I had a good experience with Tigard SUV. The only negative being when I showed up for my appointment, the employee behind the desk seemed confused to why I was there, I know with it being Friday afternoon they wanted to get out of there, but all I was trying to do was drop my car off for the weekend. After the weird welcome things went very smoothly. I received a call on Monday morning with the estimates, I let them know which services I wanted to go with, and never felt pressure to get more done than I was comfortable with. The prices seemed fair, and my car was done by Monday afternoon. All in all a pretty good experience.

The ease of doing with Tigard SUV was off the charts. I have typically taken our SUV to a dealership for work. I will likely be doing less of that and more of Tigard SUV. I also appreciate their support our local community activities - Little League, in particular.
