thanks for taking good care of my daughter's Subaru on short notice!

This is the third or fourth time that I have taken my car to Tigard SUV and each time I am very happy with my service.

I was very happy with the service. Not only did they do the job well, quickly, and at a reasonable price, but they were kind and helpful as well.

Friendly professional service. Accomplished the job relatively quickly. Asked for Mobil One 100% Synthetic 10-30 motor oil which I received. However I was charged twice as much for the oil as I could have purchased it and the filter for at a local store. Mechanics were friendly and professional. Someone put a 3000 mile oil change sticker on the drivers side interior front window. The Mobil 100% Synthetic oil is supposed to go 15,000 miles between changes. Lastly Margaret mistakedly charged me for $279 instead of $160 that the total came to. She immediately gave me a credit for $118 which was good. However the next day I called my credit union and they showed the $279 charge but not the $118 credit. It seems that the credit takes 4-5 days to process tying up the additional $118 for a number of days. This means I can't use this $118 for a number of days; terribly inconvenient!

Dan, Margaret & the Tigard SUV team continue to provide consistently high quality work and superior customer service.

I was so pleased that I chose Tigard SUV & Auto Repair to deal with my car repair. It was a Very pleasant experience. My vehicle was back on the road within a day. I was kept informed as to what the diagnosis was, and was able to be part of the decision making process. I was given clear answers, information, and pricing.
