The people at Tigard SUV were friendly and professional. They supplied a loaner car while I had the timing belt replaced (a big event in the life of the car), and kept me up to date on what I needed to have done now, and what I could postpone until later. Overall, I was happy with my experience there and they'll be getting my business in the future.

Spotted the shop by accident. Sometimes accidents are a good thing. Had my son's Honda with me and need remote control mirror replaced. Allen did the job. He was more efficent than the Honda Dealer Tech. Margaret (Service Advisor) was incredibly pleasant. She and Allen have provided assistance in my purchasing a car. I have since purchased a Toyota Avalon and they will service it. This is a honest shop that does very good work

We have an older car that needs a lot of work and Tigard SUV has been fantastic! When we first took it in about a year ago, Margaret was very clear about the work we needed done and gave us an estimated timeline of priorities so that we could space the cost out. I really like the computer software that they use to explain the components of our car so that we can see how it works and what's wrong with the car. Every time they've worked on our car, Margaret will call and tell us about other problems they've found with broken or worn parts which allows us to save money in labor by taking care of it then. And it always honest, never pressuring us to just spend more money. But she doesn't put the pressure on us to fix something unless we want to and because of our good experience here (and terrible experiences elsewhere) and because of Margarete's solid rapport, we trust her judgement. Not just that but we went about 6 months before we could take our car in again and when I gave Margaret my name over the phone she totally remembered me! Very impressive. Overall we're very satisfied with this business!!

This is the second time I have used Tigard SUV for fixing my car and found the same thing to be true both times. They are fair in pricing and charge what they have quoted, fast; same day service both times. The second time I was given a loaner car so that I could get to work for the day. Their customer service is what I am so impressed with. Never had I been made to feel like a girl who knows nothing, even though I don't! That in and of itself will keep me going back should I need to! I would and do recommend Tigard SUV to anyone needing work on their car!

Excellent service and Margaret was very thorough and even stayed late for me as I got caught in traffic. It was nice to get good customer service and not feel like I was being swindled.

Got a standard oil change for my 2009 Chevy Aveo. Had to have my filter delivered in because it wasn't in stock. (odd shaped) They fixed the fuse in my cigarette lighter free of charge for the long wait. Will still send my business their way.

The most recent experience I had with Tigard SUV was complicated. I took my 1996 Toyota 4-Runner in to have what I thought would be a minor repair for a slight oil drip that I had been seeing on the garage floor. This turned into a difficult chase to find where the oil was coming from. The people at Tigard SUV made several attempts over several weeks to find the problem and they did replace a number of gaskets, but some very small leaks persisted. My 4-Runner is a low mileage vehicle, but it is pretty old and some of the engine seals are apparently deteriorating to the point little leaks like this are not uncommon. While Dan and his crew made every effort to fix things it became clear that some major expense would be involved if I wanted to get rid of that drip or two on my garage floor. I decided to take Dan's advice and call off the chase. Additional work would not be practical. Dan and the folks at Tigard SUV were completely honest with me about what was being done along the way and did everything possible to keep my repair cost down. I was thankful that I took my aging 4-Runner to them and appreciated their efforts and the personal attention I received. I will take any future repair work right back to Tigard SUV.

I have a regular mechanic that I trust but when my 4-Runner's 4-wheel drive failed, the repair needed was not within the scope of work my shop does. It was worrisome for me to find someone else and trust the work and the people doing it. I ended up at Tigard SUV because they had a good track record and had been around a long time. They carefully analyzed the problem which involved an expensive part as well as a very long labor time. They explained why it took so long and even showed me pictures to give me a better understanding. My car was due to be picked up on a Friday and unfortunately the problem wasn't entirely fixed. They gave me a loaner car for the weekend. Monday morning the owner called me himself to say the car was finished and I was not charged for the small additional work that was required to completely repair it. Dan stood behind his original estimate. This demonstrated true integrity which is so valuable.
