It is great to have finally found a place that I trust is working honestly and in my best interest. I don't leave feeling like I may have been ripped off. The issues my vehicles have had, have been presented with accurate cost of repair as well as the level of urgency to get them fixed. I had it with the dealer service department so I decided to try an independent repair shop. I really like this place - they're responsive, and communicate well about your car. A big plus - they have loaner cars. My 1995 Buick LeSabre cruiser was a riot. I thought their prices were reasonable and their location is very convenient. Check your Clipper magazine for a coupon.

I found the staff to be both helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed the problem with my car and after a detailed discussion came up with the best (and cheapest) way to fix it. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish.
