I've been using Tigard SUV and auto repair for 8 years and they've always been upfront, fair, and stood by their work. Recently they replaced the engine in my 1995 Geo Tracker ($6500) which I pull behind my RV (nothing new is as light and utilitarian). The engine went bad, not Tigard SUV's fault, but the rebuilder's. The rebuilder promised a 7 year warranty, but refused to back it. Tigard SUV (Dan) stood by me and found another rebuilder in spite of many obstacles since it's getting hard to find parts for the Tracker now. They put the new rebuild in and didn't charge me a dime! They're still trying to collect from the first rebuilder and supplier, but they stood by me and I can vouch for the great way the Tracker runs now, better than ever! Thanks to Dan, Chris, and crew. By the way, they let me use a loaner car for no charge the whole time I was without my Tracker. You can't find better than this anywhere!
Tim, once again we can not thank you enough for your patience through the last few very difficult months. You were able to remain calm through a drawn out process, when you certainly had every reason not to. I am proud to work at a shop that operates honestly 100% of the time, and when our suppliers don't give us the results we are looking for we try very hard to make your experience here the best. We look forward to helping you with any future needs you may have. It has been, and remains our pleasure to do business with people like you. On behalf of Dan and the crew here, I thank you for the great review and your continued trust! Sincerely, Chris Dillon - Service Manager
