Complete scam of a shop, taking advantage of others that they think don't know about vehicles. Per hour rate is outrageous and price on quoted parts is double or triple what you can buy them from the manufacture for. Avoid this place like the plague. Edit to owners response: Oh I'm reviewing the correct place alright, thanks for your concern though. I've never seen a more opportunistic and deceitful business in my life. If your reading this review before taking your car here, you would likely be better off almost anywhere else in town. Call around, do your research, don't give scammers like these guys your money.
We are unable to find a record of you having a vehicle repaired here. Please make sure you review the correct shop in the future. Our reviews speak strongly for us. We have all ASE certified technicians as well as our shop foreman who is master certified and take pride in what we do. That said, we also use original equipment parts for the repairs we do here. Our labor rate is positioned in the middle of the shops in the greater Portland area and certainly are not the highest. We are well known for making the most accurate diagnosis and repairs. If there is ever any issue with the work we do, we are always happy to discuss any concerns our customers may have, as our end goal is build and keep relationships with our customers. We are also very involved with our surrounding community and sponsor many of the local schools for athletic and other programs. Our charges reflect our qualifications and quality of parts used, as well as the location of our facility. It is very easy these days to use the internet to search for the cheap guy, often working out of his garage at home. More often than not, they have no employee benefits to pay for, no building to pay a lease on, no insurance to legally operate, and no tax liability. They use low end parts and often do not warranty their work. This makes it very easy for them to beat anyone in town when it comes to price, but the price of doing business with the cheap guys can be great. We fix repairs done by cheap, unqualified operations often. We try very hard to save our customers from that frustration.
