Tigard SUV is an outstanding business. I live in Salem and was in the Tigard area when I discovered a massive oil leak on my Camry. Even though it was almost quitting time their mechanic did a quick diagnosis and found the problem. Being too late in the day to get the part they assisted me in getting a rental car. The next day I received a call from Tigard SUV and they told me the issue with my car was on a Recall notice by Toyota. They suggested I call a local dealer and see if they would fix it under the Recall or their estimate was around $300. Toyota came through with the fix and the Tow charges to their shop. Tigard SUV charged me $30 for the diagnosis. I had no clue the issue was on Recall and would have felt good at paying only $300 for the fix but thanks to the good people at Tigard SUV I saved a good deal of money. This is a great business with high integrity. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you Dan and Allen for your great service.I was stranded with two toddlers last Friday afternoon when I had my car towed in to Tigard SUV. Dan was able to expedite ordering and delivery of a replacement starter, and Allen went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had my car repaired and ready to go by the end of the day, so I would not be without transportation for two three-year grandchildren over the weekend.Ironically, this repair was on a car i had only owned for four days, after trading in my 1999 Yukon with 215,000-plus miles, which Tigard SUV had repaired several times as it began to wear out over the past few years. I know I can always trust them to provide reliable, professional service in the future...Thanks again to Dan, Allen, Norma, and Trish for always delivering in the clutch. I look forward to tyour continued service---just not as frequently with a newer car.

This is the second vehicle I have brought into Tigard SUV and Auto Repair. I feel that I am getting a fair assessment of my vehicles problems at a fair price. It is refreshing to have a trusted auto repair shop close to home. I also like the fact that the owner is on site and takes an interest in solving your problems.

Total honesty! You tighten a headlight bulb and an alternator belt for free, when other shops would just replace and charge you for new ones!

Pretty helpful. I'm a pretty new car owner. It was a quick service too. Only problem was as soon as I got my car back and turned my car back on my driver side head light was out. Before I left Parking lot. It wasn't out before the repairs because my Volvo has the messages pop up when something is on and that's how I knew it was out as soon as my car. Not saying it was you guys just an odd chance that would happen. They also leave you with a little pen and pad of paper in your car when you pick it up :)
