Thank you for performing a same day pre-purchase inspection. The inspection report was very thorough. I called Dan the following day and he spent time discussing the details of the report. I appreciate the time as it has helped us decide if we want to buy the car. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

Took my 2010 Mini Cooper S to Allen Dye at Tigard SUV to repair a mysterious coolant leak. Allen was VERY knowledgable about Minis & was able to track down the leaks, yes plural, and get them fixed. Took a few days but they had a loaner car for me so no biggie. Thanks everyone.

Allen is definitely a MINI enthusiast and very knowledgeable. Glad we were able to track down the leak and provide you with transportation in the meantime. Thank you for the great review!

Tigard SUV & Auto Repair fixed the problem my SUV had right on the pre determined time that the customer service staff and auto mechanics had told me. This was very important for me and my wife, because our SUV is the only vehicle that we own, so we were able to adjust our schedules appropriately. I was highly impressed with the level of customer service and how quickly they were able to diagnose and fix my Durango. I have had my SUV for over 10 years and I am happy to say I have finally found a place to take it for all of my mechanical needs. Thank you as well for the use of a loaner car!!

Once again, Tigard SUV and Auto has proven their worth as my go-to mechanic. You quickly AND ACCURATELY diagnosed my vehicle's problem and were ultra-quick in completing the repairs. Repair shops like yours are worth their weight in gold! My only concern is your lack of availability on the weekends. I needed repairs on Saturday and was out of commission a couple of extra days as a result. However, all things considered, I am a loyal customer! Thanks for your great work!
