I have brought my Chevy Cruze to Tigard SUV for the past few years. I have always have been impressed with the quality of work and great customer service. Chris and Rick have always kept me well informed on status of work being done. I appreciate that they provide me with recommendations for future service based on the inspection done by the technician . Last year a repair was needed with a part that was not available locally but effort was made to find it it get it delivered in a timely manner and get me back on the road.

Stopped by asking if they could repair the battery connectors on my car. Dan explained that it might take a week or so to get an appointment but he ended up helping me out himself after asking if the car had been giving me issues. He didn’t have to help me out but he decided to go out of his way to. It was my first time here and I will definitely be back to get my car serviced after a great experience. Thanks again Dan ! Great place to get you vehicles repaired or maintained. Detailed information with pictures with every visit/inspection. They also have loner vehicles if needed. Good location and good hours. Right next to a car wash as well.

This was my first time getting service here and I had a great experience. I love that I get emailed reports with pictures of the issues discovered - so helpful in understanding what is going on. The emailed reports of overall health of my car also give me a good way of keeping track of what I need to do in the future. All that and the guys were wonderful to work with. Great to have them in the neighborhood!

As always Tigard SUV has backed up there work; I'm so impressed. About a month ago I had the brake fluid replaced. I hadn't driven much because it's my secondary rig, but after about 200 miles the brake light came on. They trouble shooted the problem and bled the system again at no charge! The lights out and I'm safe to drive it thanks to them. I trust them implicitly. Thanks Tigard SUV!
