Fair, honest, thorough and reasonably priced. They evaluated my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 and went over the report on what they found. They prioritized their findings without any high pressure sales. After talking to Chris I decided what services I should have done immediately. I felt comfortable with their recommendations. Now my truck runs great. Also doing all the service work was a lot cheaper than buying a newer truck.

Their diagnosis was a blown head gasket which would have costed several thousands of dollars. I took it to another reputable mechanic and the diagnostic revealed a stuck thermostat, and no blown head gasket. They checked all the valves which were operating with specifications, no mixing of fluids found, replaced the thermostat, and retested with no pressure failure and consistent engine temperature since. Fluids look good. I am very disappointed with their assessment and will not go back there.

Love these guys, had tons of questions and they answered them all and to great care of my car, and supper quick. They have worked on my last two cars and will forever use them. They take pictures of everything and give a very detailed report, couldn’t ask for more

I am at a cross roads with a twenty year old suv that I purchased beginning of 2020. The Tigard SUV staff from top to bottom did me right. I came in with a laundry list of what I thought I wanted looked at. They could tell I was in a budget and talked me through the vitals as their experience told them I needed.
