Tigard Auto did a fantastic job with my Rav 4. I brought it in for a 100,000 mile service and it was done the same day. They even called to inform me of several other issues that needed servicing but did not do them until I agreed to pay for the extras. I will definitely be taking my other car here!

Since having relocated to Tigard from Pennsylvania almost five years ago, we were looking for an honest and dependable mechanic to service our vehicles. A really horrible experience at a downtown Tigard shop led us to seek the advice of friends and neighbors with regard to where we should go. Tigard SUV & Auto Repair Inc, is beyond reproach. Both Dan and the lovely ladies who run the front desk make us feel like family whenever we walk through the door, and proceed to treat us as they would family. Never overcharged, work done to perfection, pleasant, friendly people in a very clean shop doing the best they can. I get the feeling they treat our vehicles as if they were their own. Everything about this place is fantastic. We will never take our vehicles elsewhere.

I brought my car for an inspection due to a long trip I was taking. They noticed the problems immediately and I was on the road I no time.

I have had service done before, and when I found myself in a bit of an unexpected car emergency repair situation they were extremely helpful, and very thorough. When they realized that the repair issues were going to potentially cause me an inconvenience for my long distance commute the next morning, they offered me a loaner car immediately without hesitation. They stayed in communication throughout the day, provided me with accurate repair options, and completed the necessary work the following day. All this without a previous appointment planned ( the shop was already 3/4 full of other cars being repaired )

Norma and Dan were very prompt with repairing my Lexus. It drives like a dream now and I am ready for our road trip !Norma is very knowledgeable in her job ! She helped decide what work needed to be completed now and what could wait. And they even have loaner cars !! That is a first for me ! Honest and kind people !!
