TIGARD SUV & AUTO REPAIR has scored high with me on the most important levels--honesty, excellent customer service, and terrific mechanics. One of the scariest aspects of moving to a new area is finding local, independent businesses you can trust. They fit the bill to a "T" They aren't the cheapest shop in town, but I don't mind paying premium prices when I feel I am getting good quality in return.

The service was great. I dropped my car off that morning and they were done by noon. Great staff of knowledgeable mechanics. I have been coming to Tigard SUV since we moved here in 2006. They no vehicles top to bottom.

I used Tigard SUV based on an Angies list reccommendation and their proximity to my home. The service was was great. They completed an inspection and found and repaired the immediate problems I was aware of and told me about non-emergent repairs I might want to complete then or at a later date. The cost was what we expected and the use of their loaner car was very convenient.

My experience was very good as usual,except I dident get the 10% off the bill as promised in there add for seniors on angies list. The lady at the counter said she didnt think they were on angies list .but they have been on the list since since 2007. So she gave me $25.oo off the bill instead of $130.oo which was 10% of my bill. No big deal See you next time. ( I am 87 so I qualified)

I am glad we had the chance to speak the other day and clear up this misunderstanding. Although, we are not a member with Angie's List, we have contacted them to clear up the typo, it will now read Senior Discount: 10% upto $25. We do appreciate your business and again we apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may have caused.

My Jeep had refused to start one cold October day; I called Tigard SUV; they came and towed it, fixed it the next business day, all at a reasonable cost. The tow driver was especially nice and helpful. I will ALWAYS recommend Tigard SUV for JEEP and any other vehicle repairs !- George Stovall
