The staff at TSUV are always warm & friendly. They resolved my problem with promptness and minimum cost. It doesn't get any better than that.

Having your car serviced can be a real inconvenience. I did not find that with Tigard SUV. It was easy to make an appointment that fit my schedule. They expained what my car needed and it didn't take all day to get my car back. I feel they do quality work at a fair price and was met by the owner when I picked up my car. I like that they support the local youth and high school sports programs. I am a satisified customer.

As always a very pleasant experience

Took my van here for a "second opinion" on some required servicing. They were extremely ethical. They told me all of their recommendations and they checked out with what I knew needed to be done. I had the necessary services performed and was very pleased with their communication during the process.

This place is unethical! Returned a faulty battery only to have them tell me it was my alternator, three belts and the LED clock inside the vehicle that was draining the battery. After having them exchange the battery (under warranty) and reconnect the interior clock, I picked the car up and took it to another mechanic who had it for a week with no battery, alternator charging issues at all. The only issue he found was a broken battery terminal and a corroded battery terminal which he couldn't believe they wouldn't recommend replacing with the new battery. Guess they were more focussed on selling me an alternator and belts (over $500.00 repair) then selling me something I truly needed. Then to top it off, the bill states that the battery isn't warrantied due to the faulty alternator (that I don't have). Considering the auto repair shop doesn't warranty batteries, the actual battery manufacturer does, good try Tigard SUV, your not fooling this patron! I only gave them a star because I had to as it wouldn't let me write a review with NO stars!

By far the best auto shop in Tigard. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help with questions you may have on your vehicles function. I have been with them for almost 8 years now and they have always done great work for my vehicles. A top notch auto repair shop.
