Tigard SUV has always come thru for me. They are pleasant and provide good customer service. They get back to you in a timely manner and get your vehicle fixed in a reasonable time. The Tigard store is also close to me which makes it handy.

Margaret is knowledgeable and right on the ball. The mechanics all know what they are doing. The shop is clean. Very thorough and conscientious. No hidden charges. Great comprehensive writeup of my truck's foibles and layout of priorities and costs of each job, with no pressure. The free loaner makes it really easy. I will be back.

I bought a used vehicle knowing it had a bad wheel bearing. I brought it to Tigard SUV and not only did they complete it quickly they also did a comprehensive free over look of my vehicle. Landmark Ford says they do the same inspection but they missed several leaks and bad fluid on my last vehicle that ended up causing the transmission and rear differential to fail. I will always bring my vehicles here from no on.
