I appreciate the detailed information they supply concerning repairs and needed maintenance. Also, I appreciated having a loaner vehicle. If it had not been provided, it could've been a deal breaker. :)

I bought a used vehicle knowing it had a bad wheel bearing. I brought it to Tigard SUV and not only did they complete it quickly they also did a comprehensive free over look of my vehicle. Landmark Ford says they do the same inspection but they missed several leaks and bad fluid on my last vehicle that ended up causing the transmission and rear differential to fail. I will always bring my vehicles here from no on.

Very few businesses today truly understand what customer service is and means to the long-term growth of business, especially auto repair. I took my noisy Chevy Avalanche to Tigard SUV and they not only diagnosed the problem but since I recently purchased the vehicle, they provided a full overview of current and future needs without being pushy or like an over caffeinated sales rep, Dan took the time and quoted me for each service his shop could perform. Very impressive. I told several people back at my office and look forward to working with Dan in the future.

I would not and will not take my 2006 Mini Cooper S anywhere else. I do not live anywhere close to the shop but they provided me with a temporary car while they were working on mine. They only expected me to pay for gas, which is completely reasonable. They have one individual who works on Mini Coopers and believe me, he knows his Minis!!! They were excellent at telling me everything that was wrong, how much it would cost and whether or not I wanted to do it. Their prices seemed very fair for all the work that was done. I was very very pleased with my service and would highly recommend Tigard SUV & Auto Repair to anyone with a Mini Cooper! Thank you for all the hard work and my Mini is working great!

I was totally impressed with the professionalism and honesty of Tigard SUV. The work was finished ahead of time and at a lower rate than quoted. Allen and Margaret were great in not only diagnosing and repairing my car, but in keeping me updated on the status and in working with the insurance adjuster. I am very impressed with the class and quality of their work, the condition of the facility and the personal attention I was given.
