Very few businesses today truly understand what customer service is and means to the long-term growth of business, especially auto repair. I took my noisy Chevy Avalanche to Tigard SUV and they not only diagnosed the problem but since I recently purchased the vehicle, they provided a full overview of current and future needs without being pushy or like an over caffeinated sales rep, Dan took the time and quoted me for each service his shop could perform.
